Registration & Purchase a Table

We have converted our registration form to a one-page form in PDF (Portable Document Format) file.

In order to be able to print the registration form, you would need Adobe Acrobat Reader or another software program that can read PDF files. Installing Adobe Acrobat Reader is free. Click the link below to learn more about (and install if you wish) Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To pay by PayPal - go to www.PayPal.com

2. select the "send money" tab.
3. Type in my e-mail address: ( e-mail ) in the "to" box.
4. Put the correct "USD" amount in the designated space.
5. Select "Service/Other" on the list.

I will receive notification of your payment and contact you via email to verify your payment and other information.
If you have trouble following the above directions, please email me at e-mail with what you'd like to purchase and I can send you an invoice for that amount.

Table Registration:

Sitting with all your friends, close to the dance floor, at an event with the top swing dancers in the country performing for you Saturday night (Mary Ann, Mario, John Lindo, Michael & Jen, Arjay & Melissa, Jason & Sophy and more . . .) is the best way to enjoy a dance weekend! If you are interested in purchasing a table for Swing Niagara this year - there are three ways that you can secure your table for this year's event:

Once you are ready to pay for all 10 weekend passes for your table, you can either

1) send a check payable to Swing Niagara for the full amount of the table, or

2) send all 10 checks for the table in one envelope, or

3) Pay by PayPal - please email me at e-mail so I can send you an invoice for the entire amount of the table. For those familiar with PayPal, you can also bypass sending me an email by selecting the "send money" tab and typing in the e-mail email address in the "to" box and putting the correct amount in and selecting Service/Other. I will receive notification of your payment and then contact you via email to verify your payment and other information.

We will need the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of all 10 people sitting at your table. Please feel free to include competition fees in your weekend pass checks.

As soon as your payment is received and it clears your financial institution - you will contacted you about your table selection.
